We recommend upper-grade quality equipment with good warranties; however, we can provide you with quotes lower price levels, as well.

John Wade, owner/operator, will personally respond to your cooling and heating needs. John has over 25 years experience in air conditioning and holds his AC license with the state of Florida since 1994, for which he is required to maintain Continuing Education Units. He has his master gas license, having worked with gas heat since 1975. He is also EPA certified to handle all refrigerants and has the latest equipment and technology to professionally diagnose and repair your equipment.
John worked with commercial heating, air conditioning and natural gas prior to moving Pensacola in 1988, when he was hired by Pensacola Christian College to work in the heating and air conditioning department. He was promoted to supervisor over the HVAC (heating, air conditioning and ventilation) Department and five additional departments in 1989. John worked for Pensacola Christian until 1996, when he left in good standing and, in 1997, established Wade Air Conditioning.
